Please note the following regarding our pricing:

• All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation
• Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual conditions found during service
• Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing

3. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from our labor warranty.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

5. Property Access

By scheduling a service appointment, you grant our technicians permission to access the necessary areas of your property to perform the requested services. Please ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present during the service appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monroe DC Emergency Locksmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of cause. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
